2 Peter 1:3

3 According as his divine power hath given unto us
all things that pertain unto life and godliness,
through the knowledge of him
that hath called us to glory and virtue:
It's probably the most noble thing to do right now.
Especially in these crucial end times.
And what could that be?
Being born again, of course.
You become a new creature in CHRIST.
All because you've given your life to Him.
In all you do, you will be guided by GOD's SPIRIT.
You will know what to think, say, and do.
You will know what to focus on.
You will know what matters most.
You have the LORD JESUS as pattern for your behavior.
JESUS paved the Way for how we need to be.
Both in life, in work, and in praise.
The way is not easy.
It is riddled with traps.
It is filled with temptations.
Remember how Satan tempted JESUS with world power?
In his deluded mind, CHRIST's enemy declared:
Matthew 4:8-9

8 Again, the devil taketh him up
into an exceeding high mountain,
and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world,
and the glory of them;
9 And saith unto him,
All these things will I give thee,
if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
To which, the LORD set things straight:
Matthew 4:10

10 Then saith Jesus unto him,
Get thee hence, Satan:
for it is written,
Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God,
and him only shalt thou serve.
That's the born again WORK mind.
We serve GOD alone.
We follow His commands.
We live, as JESUS lived, glorifying GOD alone.
We thank GOD with every breath we take.
With every step we take.
With every work we make.
Even with every cake we bake.
These sets of verses are precise:
Proverbs 3:5-7

5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart;
and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him,
and he shall direct thy paths.
7 Be not wise in thine own eyes:
fear the Lord, and depart from evil.
Proverbs 3:9

9 Honour the Lord with thy substance,
and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:
In SUMMARY, it speaks beautifully of what we need to do, to be pleasing in the LORD's eyes:
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart
In all thy ways acknowledge him
fear the Lord
depart from evil
Honour the Lord with thy substance
When you think of serving the LORD that way, you won't stray from His commands.
You cannot be enticed by any sweet offer to deviate from Him.
The thought of money has lost its glitter.
You will begin to see through traps, and temptations.
You will see the "spirit" behind all that.
And it surely is NOT of CHRIST.
The devil will scram when you stick close to GOD.
James 4:7

7 Submit yourselves therefore to God.
Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Along the way, you will be blessed, too.
Proverbs 3:11
King James Version
10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty,
and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.
Your thinking will be right.
Proverbs 3:8
King James Version
8 It shall be health to thy navel,
and marrow to thy bones.
But beyond that, honor goes back to JESUS.
